A:Currently, C1 only matches the basic, Pro and Pro Max models of the iPhone 13-15 series. Plus and mini iPhones are not compatible yet. Please check the product page for specific models.

Q:Does Reink Case support Magsafe?

A:Reink Case only supports wireless charging, but cannot be magnetically attracted. Because the magnetic ring will affect the display effect of the e-ink screen. If you really need the magnetic function, we do not recommend you to buy this product.

 

Q:Is the Reink Case waterproof?

A:It is not waterproof. Please do not take it to bathrooms, swimming pools, beaches, etc. for use. It doesn't matter if you accidentally drip water on the phone case. Just wipe it clean in time.

 

Q:How to make the imaging effect of the e-ink screen better?

A:The Reink Case uses a four-color electronic ink screen, which contains four types of electronic ink molecules: black, white, red and yellow. The screen itself determines that the display effect of blue-purple-toned pictures will be poor. We recommend that you use it to display images with red or yellow tones.

In addition to image selection, you can also add filters to images to give them better display effects. Blues, Retro, Gothic, and Lomo filters are what we recommend. They can make images more saturated.
